There are times when the Daily Report email may show a small gap or inconsistency. This can occur due to various processing factors at different levels—processors, financial institutions, and others. If that happens, you have the option to re-sync the data and resend the Daily Report email with the most up-to-date information for a specific day.
1. Navigate to the Reports screen from the side navigation.
2. Select the Transactions Snapshot report.
3. Choose a date range, group the results by Daily Report, and click the Generate Report button.
4. A table will appear below with the results grouped by day.
5. Click the ellipsis menu on the right side of the desired row and select Resend Daily Report.
6. A new Daily Report email will be sent to all users who normally receive it, now containing the most accurate and updated data.
