Invite a Customer

If, for security reasons, customers prefer to enter their own information, you can send them a link for that purpose. This option is available only for new customers. If the customer already exists in your directory, please refer to the section: Update a Customer by Invitation.


Invite a New Customer


1. Visit the Customers tab in the side navigation. 
2. Click the More Actions button at the top-right of the page and select Invite Customer.

3. A popup will appear where you can enter the customer’s email or phone number, and set the expiration time for the link.

4. Click the Invite button.

The customer will receive an email or SMS with a link to a page where they can enter their information. Once submitted, the new customer will appear in your list.
