A step-by-step guide on how to request Tear Sheets.
Prerequirements
1. Please have MPA Ready when calling Elavon they will ask security questions.
2. Call this number 800-819-6019 and press 1 a couple times to bypass the operators.
3. When the operator answers you say "Hello, my name is (Blank), I'm the MSP" they will proceed to ask for your short name code.
How to Request for Internet Tear Sheet
1. Give the Operator the MID for the account and they will proceed to ask what you need help with this account, and you will respond "I need to request a standard Elavon Tear Sheet for Zero Technologies LLC".
2. After requesting for the Tear Sheet, you need to say "I have specific parameters for this Tear sheet le me know when you are ready to note this down?".
3. The Operator will say "Okay", Now there will be a list of parameters and here are the answers to all of them.
- Auto Close: (No Auto Close)
- Capture Method: (Hybrid)
4. For the last step you say "And please accept all card types".
How to Request for Terminal Tear Sheet
1. Give the Operator the MID for the account and they will proceed to ask what you need help with this account, and you will respond "I need to request a TSYS Tear Sheet for Bridgepay".
2. After requesting for the Tear Sheet, you need to say "I have specific parameters for this Tear sheet le me know when you are ready to note this down?".
3. The Operator will say "Okay", and you will tell them this exactly: "For the Vendor it's going to be Bridgepay" Now there will be a list of parameters and here are the answers to all of them.
- Card X? (No)
- Product? (No Product)
- Capture Type/Setup Type: (Terminal Capture)
- Auto Close: (No Auto Close)
- Manufacturer: (STAGE)
- Model: (STAGE)
- Software: (STG)
4. For the last step you say "And please accept all card types".
How to Request for Omni-Commerce Tear Sheet
1. Give the Operator the MID for the account and they will proceed to ask what you need help with this account, and you will respond "I need to request two Tear Sheets: a TSYS Tear Sheet and a Standard Elavon Tear Sheet for Zero Technologies LLC".
2. Use the usual steps to request the Strictly Zero Terminal Tear Sheet and the Strictly Zero Internet Tear Sheet.
3. The only difference is that you must ensure both tear sheets are ordered for Omni Commerce accounts.
