Multiple emails are sent to customers to prompt them to complete actions or to notify them once an action has been completed. By default, the Strictly platform provides optimized emails for each scenario. However, if needed, you now have the option to customize the subject, and the text and dynamic data included in any of your emails. Simply go to the “Administration” tab on the side navigation, select “Email Customization”, and complete your changes. Check this article for more information and a step-by-step guide.
If a customer wants to pay off one or more upcoming payments for their subscription, you now have the option to do so. Simply locate the subscription, scroll down to the “Payments” section, click the “Upcoming Payments” tab, and process any of the upcoming payments as needed.
You can now set a timezone for any logged-in user, regardless of the merchant’s location. Just go to your profile at the top right of the page, select “User Settings,” choose a timezone, and save your changes. Transactions and reports will then reflect the selected timezone.
When a user lands on an embedded page, any key-value pairs in the URL will now automatically prepopulate the corresponding fields on the page. For example: If the URL is https://example.com/payment?patientID=123&invoice=2, the “Patient ID” field will display the value “123” and the “Invoice” field will display the value “2”.
We have made several technical and usability improvements. These enhancements have been carefully designed and tested to improve our platform's overall performance, reliability, and user experience.
