Step #2 - Installing the Sikka Platform Utility (SPU)

In order to start integrating with Sikka, we first need install the Sikka Platform Utility (SPU).



1. Open your Welcome Email and follow Step 1 (Download Sikka Platform Utility) and Step 2 (You will find details on how to connect your practice to the Sikka Platform Utility).

1. Install Sikka Platform Utility on your computer. When the Sikka Utility Installer opens, click the “Continue” button.



2. Enter your Email ID and password or optionally the SPU Installation Key that can provide your Agent and was obtained from the Practice Keys in the Sikka API Dashboard, then click on the “Next” button. on your computer.


2. Enter your Practice Management System information to configure, then click the “Next” button.


4. Wait for the program to complete installing.


5. Click the “Done” button



6. After the installation is complete, the SPU refresh will automatically start

 
7. Refresh completed


7. Send an email to support@strictlyzero.com and fabian.cruz@strictlyzero.com with the following data:

    Practice Name: 

    Your Master Customer Id: 

    Registered Email ID: DemoAccount@gmail.com

    Practice Management System Name: 

    PMS Version: 




During installation, select the Installation Key method. Refer to the following video for step-by-step guidance.
