We’re introducing a new BNPL Applications screen, available to merchants using Avvance. This feature allows your customers to complete a pre-approval application before checkout, helping them and you to understand their buying power and the amount they're approved for. By using this pre-approved limit at the time of payment, you can significantly reduce denial rates and streamline the BNPL process. For more information, consult this article.
You no longer need to provide an email address when creating a customer. This update supports integrations like OpenDental by removing the email requirement from the customer creation flow and API. However, some features—like subscriptions and customer invitations—still require an email, so we continue to recommend including it when possible.
You can now view detailed Chargebacks and Adjustments directly from the Deposit Report. Each entry includes card details, reason codes, internal references, transaction dates, and amounts—making it easier to trace issues, monitor fraud trends, and investigate exceptions.
