✅
Merchant Platform

• Declined transactions processed through Elavon now return the processor's specific decline reason, such as Not Sufficient Funds, instead of a generic numeric code. Suspected fraud declines are identified separately, making it easier to understand why a transaction was not approved.

• We have made several technical and usability improvements. These enhancements have been carefully designed and tested to improve our platform's overall performance, reliability, and user experience.

✅  Practice Manager Enhancer (PME)

• Practices can now collect payments from patients that aren’t tied to a specific claim, such as a deposit toward an upcoming procedure. Only an amount and reason are required. The payment is posted to the PMS as an account credit, and the Patient Balance is updated accordingly.

• A new AI agent, Dispatcher, is now available. Incoming patient messages are automatically analyzed by Dispatcher to determine which conversation they belong to and where they should be routed. Based on the message, Dispatcher can send it directly to the practice or route it to the most appropriate AI agent, such as Collector. This enhancement expands the AI capabilities within PME, helping streamline patient communications and improve day-to-day practice operations.

• The View Patient panel (Patient Chart) now includes a Payments tab, providing a complete view of all payments associated with the patient, whether tied to a claim or not. This includes payments collected through Virtual Terminal, Payment Links, Terminals, and payment plans. Payment records follow the FHIR R5 healthcare interoperability standard.

• Practices can now build their own forms from the new Forms tab under Settings. The form builder supports titles, paragraphs, short and long answers, single and multiple choice, dropdowns, dates, numbers, and signatures, with required fields, drag-and-drop reordering, duplication, and a preview mode. Forms are organized into five categories: Intake, Progress note, Treatment plan, Consent, and Other.

• Patients using the Patient Portal now have to accept Terms and Conditions the first time they access it. Patients who decline are logged out. Each acceptance is recorded with the signer's details, timestamp, IP address, and device for compliance.

• The Patient Portal is now available in English, Spanish, French, and Chinese. The portal displays in the patient's preferred language, defaulting to English, and patients can change it as needed.

• Patients can now view their payment plans in the Patient Portal. Each plan shows its progress, payment method, and other relevant information. The patient has the option to update the payment method on any active plan as needed.

• New patients can now register directly from the Patient Portal. After verifying their email with a one-time code, new patients enter their name, date of birth, phone number, and gender. Their record is then created in the Practice Manager Enhancer (PME)  and synced to the practice management system.

• Appointment changes made in Strictly now sync automatically to Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Cornerstone. This covers creating, updating, cancelling, and confirming appointments, scheduling planned appointments, and adding appointment notes. Your practice management system remains the source of truth, with no double entry required.

• Patient payments and insurance claim payments processed in Strictly are now posted automatically to Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Cornerstone. Patient ledgers and claim balances stay accurate in your system of record without manual posting.
