To acquire the necessary information for configuring the merchant in the Partner Portal, please follow these steps:
Click on the key icon located in the "Master Customer ID" column. This action will open a window titled "Practice Key(s)."
Copy the values of both "Master Customer ID" and "Practice Key."
Navigate to the Merchant Management form within the Strictly Partner Portal, specifically to the "Integrations" section.
Select the Practice Management System (PMS) you intend to integrate with, for example, Dentrix, Practice Web, etc.
Complete the form with the previously obtained data, where "Master Customer ID" corresponds to the Office ID, and "Practice Key" corresponds to the Security Key.
Once the information has been entered, click on "Save Changes" and then "Save." This process ensures that all the modifications you have made are securely stored. Be sure to double-check the information for accuracy before saving to avoid any potential errors.
