Customers will now automatically receive an email when a subscription is created, including the amount, schedule, and other key details. The message is fully customizable in the platform, under the “Email Customization” section.
You can now customize the text that appears at the end of payment receipts. By default, it is set to “Thank you for your business”, but you can change it to fit your needs. For instructions on how to update this text, please refer to this article.
Invoices now include item descriptions alongside item names, making charges clearer for customers. Descriptions are pulled from the selected or created item and are displayed while creating the invoice, as well as in the PDF and other relevant sections. Additional improvements to this module, along with a refreshed UI, are coming soon— stay tuned.
We have made several technical and usability improvements. These enhancements have been carefully designed and tested to improve our platform's overall performance, reliability, and user experience.
