  • For merchants in the automobile industry who use physical terminals to complete payments, you can now select multiple orders from the same department and process them together using a single payment method directly on the terminal. While this functionality was previously available through the Virtual Terminal, it is now extended to physical terminals as well. After selecting one or more eligible orders, the actions menu will display the “Pay on Terminal” option, which will send the combined payment request to the terminal to complete the transaction seamlessly.

  • When processing a refund, you previously had to manually enter a reason. We have now standardized this experience by introducing a dropdown with common industry refund reasons, making the process easier and more consistent. If the appropriate reason is not listed, you can select “Other” and provide a custom explanation. For more information, please refer to this article.

  • When no customers have been created yet, you can continue to add a customer manually or import customers using the existing file upload process. In addition, you now have the option to Invite customers even if there are no customers in the system, allowing you to start the invitation flow right away without needing to create or import a customer first.

  • We have made several technical and usability improvements. These enhancements have been carefully designed and tested to improve our platform's overall performance, reliability, and user experience.

Strictly Terminals

  • The replay prevention mechanism was updated to utilize a more suitable threshold. This adjustment is intended to mitigate the likelihood of legitimate replay attempts being unduly rejected, thereby enhancing system reliability.
  • The public API was enhanced with new features that allow downstream integrators to poll processed message records, enabling external systems to retrieve message processing details for terminals.
