The Customers screen now includes an "External Identifier" column, displayed right after the Phone Number column, making it easier for dental practices and other merchants to identify patients/customers by their PMS Patient Chart Identifier directly from the list view.
We have made several technical and usability improvements. These enhancements have been carefully designed and tested to improve our platform's overall performance, reliability, and user experience.
✅ Terminal
- A confirmation step now appears before processing a refund or void, reducing the risk of accidental transaction reversals at the POS.
- Receipts for declined transactions now prominently display the decline reason, helping staff quickly identify the issue and request an alternative payment method from the customer or patient.
- Custom fields, such as invoice or ticket numbers, now appear on Void, Capture, and Refund receipts, strengthening audit trails across transaction types.
- A new setting allows merchants to print merchant-copy receipts only for approved transactions, reducing unnecessary paper usage.
