Keeping your account information up to date is crucial, as this data is used to complete various processes on a daily basis. In this tab, you can view and update the general details of your account.
1. Visit the Administration tab in the side navigation and select Account Information.
2. Update your details as needed, including your website, timezone, contact information, address, and support information.
Note that the support information is what appears in emails and other communications for customers to contact you. It doesn’t have to be the account owner—it could be a support department or another contact.
3. Click the Save Changes button at the top-right of the page.
If you need to modify any fields that are disabled, please contact Strictly support.
