Departments are useful for identifying where transactions originated, and this option is only available for merchants using physical terminals. When configuring a terminal, it can be assigned to a specific department. You can then generate reports by department for a selected timeframe.
Create a Department
1. Visit the Administration tab in the side navigation and select Departments.
2. Click the New Department button at the top-right of the page.
3. Fill out the required fields: enter a Department Name and a brief Description to help identify it.
4. Click the Confirm button to save the department.
Edit or Delete a Department
1. Visit the Administration tab in the side navigation and select Departments.
2. Locate the department on the list, and click the ellipsis icon on the row.
3. Select the desired option and confirm the action.
