Synchronize Orders

When configuring the CDK integration, you can choose between two options for syncing orders: Manual or Automatic.


Automatic Sync

If the automatic sync option is activated, orders will be synchronized every hour. During this process, all existing orders will be updated, and any new orders will be imported into the platform. If needed, you can also manually sync orders outside of this schedule by clicking the Update Orders button located at the top right of the screen.


Manual Sync

If the automatic sync option is not activated, you will need to manually sync the orders whenever necessary. To do this, simply click the Update Orders button at the top right of the screen.


The synchronization process may take a few minutes, depending on the volume of orders. Once completed, the screen will refresh to display the most up-to-date information. Please note that once the sync process is initiated, it cannot be executed again until it is finished.
