Pay an Order using the Virtual Terminal

Depending on the configuration, orders can be paid using the following methods:

• Virtual Terminal
• Payment Link
• Physical Terminal

Pay an Order Using the Virtual Terminal

1. Access the Orders tab in the side navigation.
2. Locate the order that needs to be paid.
3. Click the ellipsis menu on the right side of the row and select Pay on Virtual Terminal.
4. You will be redirected to the New Payment screen on the Virtual Terminal, where the payment can be completed.
5. The full order amount will be pre-populated. Select the payment method, fill out the remaining details, and click the Submit Payment button.
