Pay an Order Using a Physical Terminal

If you have configured physical terminals, this option will be available for payment.

1. Access the Orders tab in the side navigation.
2. Locate the order that needs to be paid.
3. Click the ellipsis menu on the right side of the row and select Pay on Terminal.
4. A popup will appear with the pre-populated full amount and the option to select the terminal you want to use. If you have multiple terminals, choose the appropriate one from the list. 
5. Click the Send button.

The terminal will receive the payment information, and the payment can be completed there. Once the payment is processed, the order status and information on the screen will be updated accordingly.
