Pay an Order by Sending a Payment Link to the Customer

If the customer is not present or prefers to enter their card details themselves, you can send a payment link for them to complete the payment independently.


  1. Access the Orders tab in the side navigation.
  2. Locate the order that needs to be paid.
  3. Click the ellipsis menu on the right side of the row and select Share Payment Link.
  4. A popup will appear with the customer's email address and phone number. You can update this information if needed before sending the link.
  5. Click the Send button.


The customer will receive an email and/or SMS, depending on the contact methods provided, with the order details and a link to complete the payment. After the payment is completed, the order will be updated the next time the page is refreshed.


If configured, and a signature on the invoice is required before submitting the payment, the customer will be able to add it on the payment screen.
