Omnicommerce integrates multiple sales channels into a seamless experience for merchants and customers. Merchants using the Strictly gateway typically require Strictly terminals.
However, if BridgePay (BP) terminals are needed, follow these steps:
1. During the merchant creation or editing process, go to the "Processing Services" tab.
2. In the "Card" section, scroll down to the "Physical Terminal IDs (TID)" area.
3. Activate the "Use BP Terminal IDs" toggle and complete the "Merchant Code" field, enter the code associated with the merchant’s designated group in the BP system. If the merchant does not have its own group, use the merchant code for Zero Technologies. The configuration section for TIDs will be disabled, as the rest of the process must be completed in the "Terminals" screen.
4. Save the changes using the "Save Changes" button located at the top right of the screen.
5. In the side navigation, go to the "Terminals" tab and open "Terminals - BP".
6. Locate the terminal(s) to associate and click the ellipsis menu on the right. Select "Edit".
7. When editing or creating the terminal, assign the desired merchant using the dropdown.
8. Complete or update the remaining terminal details.
9. Click the "Save Changes" button at the top right of the screen.
Following these steps will ensure the terminal is ready for use with the Strictly gateway.
