When customers access the Single Payment Page and choose to pay with a card, you can display icons for the accepted card brands. If you don’t accept a specific card brand, you now have the option to hide its icon. Contact your agent if you need to adjust this setting.
We’ve expanded the SMS customization tool by adding new messages. If you haven’t used this feature yet, simply go to the "Administration" tab in the side menu, select "SMS Customization", and tailor your messages as needed. For more details and a step-by-step guide, check out this article.
When viewing a customer, you previously could see only related card payments. We’ve enhanced this section to now display all related payments, regardless of the payment method used—including cash, ACH, checks, and more.
For clients using the “Buy Now, Pay Later” option, we have made several improvements to ensure accurate data is displayed in the reports and dashboard.
For clients using our Integration with OpenDental, we can now sync your patients as customers in your Strictly account. Once imported, all payments processed for this customer will automatically be attached to your OpenDental patient.
