Step #2 - Configure the merchant integration

Once Sikka is installed, the merchant must be configured to enable sending and synchronizing completed transactions. Follow these steps:


1. Log in to Strictly Partner Admin, and go to the Merchants screen. 


2. Locate the merchant to integrate, click the ellipsis menu, and select Edit


3. Scroll down and select the Integrations tab. 



4. Locate the Practiceweb integration and complete the required fields.


- Office ID: Refers to the Master Customer ID

- Secret key: Refers to the Practice Key. 


These parameters can be obtained from the Sikka API Portal. Consult the Step #1 to know where to obtain the data.




5. Click the Save Changes using the button at the end of the section.
