Once the previous steps are complete, it’s recommended to test the integration before processing any payments.
1. Log in to the merchant portal and create a payment. If you need guidance, refer to this article.
2. While creating the payment, scroll down to the Custom Fields section and enter the correct value for the Patient Identifier. This value is essential, as it is the only way the system can map the payment and synchronize it with Sikka.
3. Click the Submit Payment button at the bottom of the screen.
After completing these steps, the payment will be created in the Strictly platform and ready to be synchronized with Sikka. To ensure payments are syncing correctly, follow these steps:
1. Open the Sikka application.
2. SScroll down to the Refresh Settings section and enable both checkboxes.
3. Click the Refresh Data button.
Wait for the synchronization to complete. If everything is set up correctly, the payment will be synced and visible in the Sikka application.
