Merchant Groups are collections of merchants within a specific organization that can be managed under a single group. They are especially useful for accessing aggregated data for the entire business in one place, without switching between individual merchants.
Merchant Groups also make it easy to generate reports centrally and compare specific criteria across merchants. Access can be restricted to designated users, allowing them to view and manage key information for all merchants in the group—without leaving the platform.
To configure Merchant Groups, please contact your account representative for assistance with this feature. If a Merchant Group ism already configured, you can use the options below:
Access Dashboard for a Merchant Group
1. Go to the Account Switcher located at the top of the page.
2. Select the option labeled All-[merchant-group-name].
3. You will be redirected to the Dashboard, which contains aggregated data for all merchants in the group. Use the filters on the right side of the page to adjust the date range and view specific data.
Access Reports for a Merchant Group
1. Go to the Account Switcher located at the top of the page.
2. Select the option labeled All-[merchant-group-name].
3. You will be redirected to the Dashboard page.
4. Go to the side navigation and select Reports
5. Select the desired report, adjust the date range, and generate the report according to your needs.
