Modified on Fri, 27 Dec, 2024 at 10:41 AM

To display the "Terminal Custom Field" in the Merchant Platform, two steps are required. First, it needs to be configured in the Strictly platform, and then it must be displayed.

Follow these steps:

Activate the label reading in the Merchant Configuration

The first step would be activating the label reading in the merchant configuration:

  1. Locate the merchant, click the ellipsis menu on the right side of the row, and select "Edit".

  2. Navigate to the "Modules" tab in the left navigation within the merchant editing screen.

  3. Locate the module "Terminals" and ensure it is active.

  4. Activate the toggle "Display Data from Terminal Custom Label".

  5. Assign a label, which can match the one already configured in the terminal, for example, Patient ID.

  6. Save your changes using the "Save Changes" button in the top-right corner of the screen.

Display the Terminal label in the Payments screen

Once the label is configured, Strictly platform will read the value from payments executed through the Terminal and display it on the Payments screen.

  1. Log in to the merchant account.

  2. Navigate to the "Payments" screen.

  3. Click the "More Actions" button in the top-right corner of the screen, then select "Customize View."

  4. A list of all data points that can be displayed on the screen will appear, including the label recently configured in the admin following the steps above.

  5. Activate this field. You also have the option to enable it for the payments list and the search panel, allowing merchants to search by this field.

  6. Save changes. The screen will refresh and display the updates.
