If you need to communicate with the customer about the order status, a delayed payment, or other inquiries, you can do so directly through the platform.
- Navigate to the Orders screen from the side navigation.
- Locate the desired order in the list and click the ellipsis menu on the right side of the row.
- Select Send SMS
- A popup will appear where you can enter the details. If a phone number is already associated with the order, it will be pre-filled, but you can change it if needed.
- Click the Send button.
