Communicate with Customers About Orders

If you need to communicate with the customer about the order status, a delayed payment, or other inquiries, you can do so directly through the platform.


  1. Navigate to the Orders screen from the side navigation.
  2. Locate the desired order in the list and click the ellipsis menu on the right side of the row. 
  3. Select Send SMS
  4. A popup will appear where you can enter the details. If a phone number is already associated with the order, it will be pre-filled, but you can change it if needed.
  5. Click the Send button.
