Complete a payment with Crytpo

If a merchant has Crypto enabled as a payment method, customers can use cryptocurrency to pay Payment Links and Invoices in the Single Payment page.

Pay a Payment Link or Invoice with Crypto

1. On the Single Payment page, select Crypto as the payment method.

2. Enter your First Name and Last Name, then complete any other required information, such as your email address, billing address, and any other required fields. If applicable, accept the Terms and Conditions.

3. Click the "Continue with Crypto" button located on the right of the screen. A dialog will display the available cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin and USD Coin (USDC).

5. Select the cryptocurrency you want to use.

Pay with USD Coin (USDC)

USD Coin (USDC) is a digital version of the U.S. dollar. Its value is designed to remain equal to 1 USD, making it a stable way to send, receive, and store funds on the blockchain.

1. Select USD Coin (USDC).

2. Choose the blockchain network where your USDC is stored. Select Base if your USDC is on the Base network. Select Solana if your USDC is on the Solana network. The selected network must match your wallet. Using the wrong network may cause the payment to fail or result in the loss of funds.

3. Click "I'm Ready to Continue".

4. Scan the QR code displayed on the screen using your cryptocurrency wallet. Your wallet will automatically populate the payment details.

5. Review the payment details in your wallet, confirm the amount, and approve the transaction.

6. Return to the Single Payment page page. The payment status will update automatically while the blockchain confirms the transaction. A countdown timer displays the remaining processing time. If confirmation takes longer than expected, you will be redirected to the confirmation page while processing continues in the background.

7. Once the transaction is confirmed and it's successful, you will receive a receipt email. If the payment cannot be completed, the merchant will receive a notification email and it should contact the customer to determine the cause and request that they retry the payment. I

Pay with Solana

The payment process for Solana is identical to the USDC flow. Simply select Solana as the payment network, scan the QR code with your wallet, approve the transaction, and wait for the payment confirmation.
